Steven Trippier MBA PMP BEng CEng MIET

Principal Consultant 

Steven is a Chartered Engineer and accredited Project Management Professional, who has more than 20 years’ experience within a business environment, during which time he has worked with local authorities, aerospace and telecommunications industries. He has advised on, founded and managed a variety of transformation programmes, people, product and process projects and business change initiatives to deliver tangible benefits to a variety of organizations in the private and public sector. Steve is a enjoys snowboarding, water-skiing and loves long cycle rides or kayaking down the canal in home city of Exeter.

Kamila Moczydlowska

Kamila is experienced in Project and Programme Support. She thrives in situations where stakeholders need help to move forward and resolve complex and messy issues.

 

She has a great ability to manage stakeholders and gain their engagement and buy-in. In her spare time, Kamila loves to take to the slopes in Winter and enjoys baking for friends and family.

Holly Turner

Holly is an accredited Project Manager and Communications Specialist. She has over 10 years experience in the public sector, working on internal and external transformation programmes and marketing campaigns.

 

Alongside her day job, Holly has spent the last five years caring for children and young people as a local authority approved Foster Carer. Outside of work, Holly loves open water swimming and scuba diving

Nadia McGarry

Nadia is a dedicated and self-motivated SEND consultant, with over 14 years of experience in Local Government. She has the operational experience of supporting and working directly with children and their families, as well as the strategic experience and insight for improving SEND service delivery.
Nadia has expert knowledge of SEND legislation, polices and best practice, as well as a deep understanding of the challenging financial landscape pertinent to SEND, that LAs are currently navigating.
Known for her compassionate approach, her leadership and strategic insights have contributed to improving outcomes for children and young people across the country.
In her spare time, Nadia loves nothing more but to spend time with her son and family on days out, making memories

Tom Brimacombe BA(Hons)

Tom is a dedicated and enthusiastic accredited Project Management Professional with 7 years public sector experience in both the UK and Canada. He has experience leading a multitude of product, process and change management initiatives. He is passionate about delivering innovative, intelligent and creative solutions that deliver real benefits through outputs and outcomes for organisations. Away from work Tom is a keen tennis player, skier and enjoys cooking up a storm in the kitchen.

Guy Marshall FCA

Guy is a big four trained management consultant with 25 years’ experience of delivering complex projects across a wide range of sectors.  Over the last eight years he has supported local authorities with their adult social care integration programmes including integrated budgets and risk sharing agreements. 

 

Guy is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.  In his spare time Guy runs a wood fired pizza restaurant based in Looe, Cornwall.

Jacqui McGrath MA

Jacqui has over 18 years experience working across local authorities in both the Adult and Children's social care sector. She has delivered service transformation within the adults arena and has recently lead on the development and implementation of the regional adoption agency, Adopt Thames Valley, in partnership with 7 other local authorities.

 

Jacqui is an aspiring Bake-Off chef and likes to be creative and experiment with new recipes, where some  'interesting' results have been delivered.
